We recommend booking your tour as early as possible to ensure availability. Popular tours may sell out quickly, especially during peak tourist season.

You can try to get on a tour this way, but if the tour is sold out we will not be able to bring you with us, and if the tour has been cancelled for any reason you will be standing there alone.

Yes, we offer discounts for large groups and we are also great at arranging private, customized tours. Please contact us directly to inquire about group rates and availability.

We are prepared to tour in any weather, but we do not want our guests to be uncomfortable. A light rain should not affect your tour.  If you would like to rebook or cancel due to extreme weather, please contact us and we will take care of you!

Every tour starts in a different location. When you book, your confirmation email will provide the meeting location. Also, your guide will send a text to the number on the reservation before the tour so you will know who you are looking for.

Absolutely! We work hard to give our guests the most authentic and interesting New Orleans experience, and a tip is a great way to show your appreciation!

Some tours are and some aren't. It depends on the neighborhood we are touring and the capabilities of the guest. Please do not hesitate to contact us so we can help you find the most comfortable experience for everyone in your party.

We cap our tours at 14 guests. If you are traveling with more than 14 people, we will treat it as a private tour and get you a guide for your group exclusively. 

Unfortunately, our liability insurance policy specifically forbids pets on public tours. Service animals are allowed on tours, and pets are allowed on private tours. Contact us if you are interested in arranging a private tour.
